1. Services Provided:

The Service Provider agrees to remove and dispose of junk and/or debris as described in the attached work order (Exhibit A). The Customer acknowledges that the removal and disposal will be performed in accordance with local regulations and waste disposal practices.

2. Scope of Work:

The Service Provider will provide labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the removal and disposal of the specified junk. The scope of work includes

4. Cancellation Policy:

- The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather or equipment failure.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

- The Customer agrees to provide access to the property where the junk is to be removed.

- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the items to be removed do not include hazardous materials, such as chemicals, asbestos, or other substances that require special handling.

6. Liability:

- The Service Provider will take reasonable care to prevent damage to property during the junk removal process. However, the Service Provider is not liable for any pre-existing damage or damages resulting from the removal of junk.

- The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims or damages arising from the removal process.

7. Legal and Binding Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements. This Agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by both parties.

8. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
