 3. Change Orders

Any additional work or changes to the original scope of work must be documented in a written change order and signed by both the Contractor and the Client. Additional charges may apply for change orders.

Permits and Approvals

The Contractor will obtain necessary permits for the demolition work if required. The Client agrees to provide access to the property and any information or assistance required for obtaining such permits.

 Site Conditions and Safety

The Contractor will take precautions to ensure safety at the worksite. The Client agrees to ensure that the site is free from obstacles that could pose a danger to workers or delay the demolition process. The Client will notify the Contractor of any hazardous materials or conditions that may be present.

Debris Removal and Disposal

The Contractor will remove and properly dispose of all demolition debris. If any hazardous materials are encountered, additional charges for proper handling and disposal may apply.

Insurance and Liability

The Contractor shall maintain general liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance as required by law. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Contractor harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Contractor’s performance of the demolition work, except in cases of the Contractor's negligence or willful misconduct.
